If Congress won't do their job, do a recess appointment for Merrick Garland to sit on the Supreme Court.

While not my first choice, Merrick Garland is a decent man and he deserves to, at a minimum, have a hearing. If Congress won't do their job, use the recess to appointment him to the Supreme Court. Obama deserves to have this appointment and he should make it happen.
