This petition is solely based on allowing Africa-American people to have their own identity.African-American culture is prohibited. Do to the fact they are only allowed to be American not African- American.African-American people are the only former of people without humanity.Every other Race, Gender ,or Ethic of people are entitled to their own identity. This petition requests the construction truly be upheld to the laws established by its Founding Fathers.
