By Hilary Clnton not being charged, the bureaucracy of the United States of America is creating exceptions for a powerful political candidate. She should be charged just like General Petraeus was when he leaked confidential documents to the woman who was writing his biography. Law enforcement should be enforced fairly for every political figure.
