If it is decided to accept the petition to strip and exile Americans that signed a petition to secede from the usa

ALLOW THE EXILED AND STRIPPING OF CITIZENSHIP CANDIDATES, TO CHOOSE THE COUNTRY OF THEIR CHOICE TO BE DEPORTED TO!
If it is decided to accept the petition to strip and exile Americans that signed a petition to secede from the USA, allow those choosen for striping of citizenship and exile to choose what country to be deported to.
However, if that petition is accepted would that not be going against the constitution? Therefore wouldn't the President be breaking a portion of the inauguration oath? Or being discriminative, this would also put a crimp in the constitutional law for the freedom of speech. Wouldn't the President be performing tyranny.
