When the Aurora theater shooting happened, they refused to release evidence held by the college's psychologist about sessions between James Holmes and his doctor... They refused to release this TO THE PEOPLE and rather released it to the defense, preventing the side representing the people to have this evidence to use as well... If a mass murder or just murder in general is involved and a doctor's information has a clues, Patient/Doctor confidentiality should be thrown out so that people may have all the answers. The people, especially those involved, have the right to know and the right to have that evidence be used for justice and peace.
Also: If a killer is caught, especially at the scene, they have no right to plead insanity for that doesn't give the people affected their due.
