When US Military Personnel DO NOT GET PAID because the President, Vice President, Members of the Senate and House of Representatives do not pass necessary legislation in a timely manner, then the they also do not get paid.
Furthermore the Staff of the President, Vice President, Senators, and Representatives do not get paid anytime Military Pay is withheld.
It is not a question of who is right but a matter of Doing the Right Thing.
If the President, Vice President, Senators and Representatives believe in their position so strongly that they are willing to make Military Members and their families suffer financially then they should be willing to suffer themselves as well as see their staffers suffer along with the military and their families.
