If narcan is used from overdose, that person should be charged with a crime. Being under the influence is illegal.

Heroin is a growing epidemic. Our generation is being greatly affected by addiction. Something needs to change. Drug abuse is too common in everybody's life. Whether it's themselves or a family member or friend. Addicts overdose, and the narcan is giving them a sense of security. That they will be revived. And only too end up in the same position more than not. Why not charge that person afterwards? Drug abuse or something similar, so maybe it forces things to change. More and more people are dying from drug overdoses, to make a change we have to start at the problem. Giving narcan with no consequences is making the problem worse. Drugs are illegal, so being under the influence is a crime. Needing narcan is proof of that crime being commited.
