When a person knowingly commits or attempts to commit a felony, by having knowingly committed a felony, that person has voluntarily waived the right to seek any redress from any person(s) or entities due to any damages or any infraction of any type, whether intentional or not, against the them while in the process of the actual act of committing or attempting to commit the felony.
ie.. if a person breaks into a home or business and is shot or injured they can not file suit against anyone
