If refugees from the Syrian conflict are deemed safe, place them in Washington DC, if not, do not allow them in the USA

The majority of American citizens feel that the refugees from the Syrian conflict pose a grave danger to the security and homeland of the United States. The Presidental Administration appears that the concerns of its citizens is not important and claim that all refugees allowed entrance have been scrutinized and are deemed to be of no threat. If the Administration feels they are of no threat, then please show your Leadership by leading by example. Place the refugees in Washington DC. This action will show that the government is confident in its screening process while also respecting the individual states desires not to have these displaced persons within their borders.
