If the Republican Senate won't hold confirmation hearings on SCOTUS appointee seek redress through the court system.

Created by W.O. on February 24, 2016

The Constitution must be followed by the Senate of the United States regarding the nomination and confirmation processes of SCOTUS nominees. If Republican Leadership and specifically Senate Majority Leader McConnell refuse to hold confirmation hearings or a vote, that redress for this disregard for the will of the people and voters of the United States be sought through the Court system.
