If someone gets all their income from the Goverment and they are under 40 years of age has to get a High School Diploma

That all people who gets all their income from SSI and Food Stamps and they are under 30 or younger they all have to get their High School Diploma or GED have a cut off date such as 5 years or when small children become school age at that time they have to get a job or go to college.
