If Texas succeeds in seceding from the union or unemployment rises above 8% then President Barack Obama and all of Congress and the Senate must resign and we must hold special elections to replace them. They cannot run in these elections. Then we will vote on deporting illegal immigrants and repealing Obamacare and ending the war and the Federal Reserve.
