Upon Texas seceding from Union, please allocate an extended grace period of no less than 12 months for relocation into or out of Texas for all law-abiding, productive United States citizens, before the involvement of federal immigration/integration institutions such as Department of State, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Justice, Department of Education, Department of Health and Human Services or Department of Labor.
