Accidents of all kinds are caused by texting. People constantly looking down at their phones instead of focusing on what they're doing. Some people go on for hours texting and completely ignoring their surrounding, I prepose that there should be a limit of 7 text or 5 text per phone within a 5 minute time span. If the two parties want to finish there conversation they have to do it as an actual phone call, which is the primary reason the damn phones were created in the first place.
