From his speech that seconded the nomination for Senator John Kerry and later captured the hearts and minds of Americans through two presidential election cycles, President Obama has pledged tolerance and goodwill. Why not extend his goodwill to an appearance on "Fox & Friends"? It would be his first and he would reach an audience of 2 million American viewers.
