If the US Congress can NOT pass a "balanced budget" that no congressional member, or staff member receive their pay.

Created by B.L. on December 11, 2012

Propose that federal law is written requiring the U.S. Congress to pass a balanced budget each year (a Continuing Resolution does not count). If Congress is unable to pass a "balanced budget" then NO member of Congress, nor their staff, receive compensation until a balanced budget is passed by both the House and Senate with Presidential approval.

Millions of Americans must balance their household budgets; therefore, we expect the same from our elected leaders.

It's time for our 535 elected leaders to do what they were elected to do!
