We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

If voter turnout is below 40% nationwide, no new president is elected.

If voter turnout is below 40%, no new president will be elected. The sitting Secretary of State will take office until a new election is completed within approx. 1 years time.

Any candidate present on the ballot of such an election will be void from running in the next election.

The people should have a right to simply say "No".
