Now we need to address the issue of Music/game pirating.
What we need to due is organize a website and a origination to govern the site.
the site is a public input
a website has copywriter material,members of the public report it, it will receive a warning from the "organization"
if it has multiple and refusal to take down,a public poll to take down the website.
If it has to to with anything else, drugs,sex,speech,free though, or any other site it has to go through several sever screening processes
But it is up to the people to decide if the website is to be reported/ removed
