NEW GUN LEGISLATION
1) Before you get a gun you have to pass a series of psychological evaluations and strict background checks.
2) If you have a history of violence without treatment and evaluation to determine that you have resolved the issues that triggered the violence you don't get a gun
3) A "threaten to kill" law. If you have ever been detained by police after a witnessed or admitted threat to kill someone you NEVER get a gun.
4) Anyone who lives in the house with the gun is subject to theses same requirements.
5) NO guns in houses where there is anyone diagnosed certain emotional disturbances (I don't know which ones, the experts could determine that)
6) NO MORE PERMITS FOR ASSAULT WEAPONS
