If you allow Texas seceded from United States, you may replace it with Vietnam

I'm living in San Antonio, Tx. I just heard that some Texasans want to be seceded from the US. If they were allowed to be seceded from the US,I will back Pennsylvania. I hope if Texas secede from the US, you will allow Vietnam, my mother land, join Union.
