If you are recieving a check from the government you must be able to be randomly drug tested and recieve birth control.

Middle class citizens are drowning in taxes. We can no longer afford to support those that recieve help but refuse to responsible with the help they receive. It is time that if you receive a government check that you can be randomly drug tested like any other job and you are placed on birth control to decrease the amount of taxes Middle class citizens are forced to pay and to keep more children out of poverity and abusive home situations. We must become a responsible country.
