If your criminal court case has been dismissed and sealed, you should not be prevented from any employment

Created by S.M. on November 28, 2014

If you were arrested (ex: 10 years ago), you have since rehabilitated, you changed for the better, you should be able to obtain a job or career whereas it would be otherwise impossible, if your case has been dimissed, they should not be able too hold that against you, you are given a second chance for a reason, you should not have to explain yourself, then get denied for employment after explaining yourself, this would be fair to those that made mistakes and then changed themselves, the minority communities, and others that have been falsely accused and cannot find employment opportunities because of things that were done as a minor, it will be in the best interest to many people that reside in states like: NY, Washington DC, and etc.
