If you're gonna take away our freedom to own a weapon, than give individual states their own military

There are already a lot of limitations on using firearms. The reason for giving us the Second Amendment was to defend our property, and to over power a corrupt government, if one is to ever come about us. But since several people are wanting a banning on firearms, and since there is already some of weapons with restrictions less than the government's own military (which shouldn't occur anyways), than each state should have their own organized military. Each state should have its own defense system, not attached to the federal government's military so they can defend their own state in the event of a government ran invasion. The government and other states' military can interfere if a state military abuses it's systems and powers
