Ignore all succeeding petitions from states that require photo IDs to vote, unless the petitions carry photo IDs.

Since those states who require photo ID to vote have serious concerns regarding voter fraud. We suggest that there might be just as much Petition Fraud. Therefore, I would petition the administration to disregard petitions that are not accompanied by Photo IDs.
