The Dick Act of 1902 also known as the Efficiency of Militia Bill H.R. 11654, of June 28, 1902 invalidates all so-called gun-control laws. This act was created to protect the American people against a Tyrannical Government & clearly forbids gun control. Enacted by the Congress, this law asserts the 2nd Amendment as untouchable. Those who created this Act used the agreement as a trump card to obtain all advantages they felt they & future American's deserve(d). Under this Act, we have the absolute personal right & 2nd Amendment right to keep & bear arms of any type & as many as we can afford to buy. The Dick Act of 1902 cannot be repealed; to do so would violate bills of attainder & ex post facto laws which would be yet another gross violation of the U.S. Constitution & the Bill of Rights.
