Those who would condemn someone for voicing their opinion, regardless of the topic, violate our 1st Amendment, which states: "Congress shall make no law... abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press...".
The freedom of speech is a basic tenet of our civil rights, as is the freedom of the press. The Administration, by law, must protect any individual and the press regardless of the content of their statements. We cannot ignore one Amendment while supporting another.
