There are petitions circulating on this website asking that CNN's Piers Morgan be deported for criticizing the 2nd Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
These petitions should be ignored and/or not taken seriously as they don't pass the litmus test for violations of the 1st Amendment of the U.S. Constitution guaranteeing freedom of speech. Even hate speech.
Mr. Morgan's speech is Constitutionally protected speech and should not be infringed upon by We The People as we have already decided this issue.
Because of these irrefutable facts, the aforementioned petitions do in fact violate the 1st amendment of the U.S. Constitution. These petitions should be invalidated as not meeting the legal requirement for action due to obvious Constitutional violations.
