Illegal for small or big company for not hiring deaf employee to work because of their hearing ability or background. most of those deafs employee are high precent are unemployment or on ssi. they have hand and leg it not broken! some are single deaf parent with bad background or else it hard for them to support kids just on ssi, not just single deafs parent some are college student, or some are frustrated becuase bills .. we want work how have u all support our peition for usa big or small company to illegal for them to not hiring us because of our hearing ability or background. and it required for all of company knowledge of deaf culture ,and they knew all other forgien language .. what about deaf culture we need our fair share .. alot of deafs unemployment not like depend on ssi forever
