Make it illegal for any employer, job website, job service, or any other entity to request access to your personal social media accounts for the purpose of engaging a potential employer or apply for any job. Some job sites have limited the manner in which you can apply for an open position to placing several links that allow them to access some or all levels of your social media account. This limitation is complete, in that there is no other option in which you may apply for this position. Either you give them access or you cannot apply.
