Illegal entry by a person over 18 years in age is deemed a felony. Once convicted, that individual will never be eligible to apply for legal citizenship. Mass amnesty cannot be granted by local, state or federal government to to those committing this illegal action. Any immigration reform should pertain to border protection and those deemed legal by our laws.
