Illegal Immigrants that have entered this country, who have been convicted of a Felony or numerous Misdemeanor acts, or who have verified affiliations or membership with Criminal Organizations or "GANGS", will be deported with no appeal.
Many Illegal Immigrant Criminals are being allowed to remain in the United States. They claim that if they are deported to their Country of Origin that they will face a death penalty. Most are claiming this is due to their political veiws. More likely due to Criminal acts in their Country of Origin.
It is time to ammend the immigration Policy to reduce the rights of Illegal Immigrant Criminals who have victimized their New Country and its people.
