To hold the Host Nations of Illegal Immigrants living in the United States financially liable for any and all costs incurred in their care and welfare. Foreign Governments must be held accountable and responsible for their people instead of an acceptable burden to the US Taxpayer. This includes each nation must insure a secure border and actively seek citizens known to be residing in the US illegally.
