Illegalize the act of protesting funerals as depicted from the westboro baptist church

We all know that it is our right to protest, but who would protest a funeral? I'll tell you who, westboro baptist church. They are widely known for protesting funerals of veterans, homosexuals, and recently (tried to protest) the children from the conneticut shooting. They say that god hates america because of the fact that some of its states supports gay marrage. There is no reason that anybody needs to protest a funeral, and the only people that would be against this would be the westboro baptist church itself.
