Illegalize marijuana throughout the nation keeping our youth away from drugs.

I am a teenager living in Wisconsin and I have noticed that with the recent surge of legalization efforts across the U.S. many of my peers have begun, or intensified, their use of marijuana. Not only have I witnessed their deterioration in school but socially as well. Many of these users no longer keep up with schoolwork but at the same time isolate themselves in order to smoke causing many severed relationships. I have always felt strongly that the use of marijuana was wrong and despite some people's views on its medical benefits, the legalization of this drug would be a setback for our society as a whole.
