Illegalize the style worn (mostly by youth) known as "sagging" revealing the wearers underwear,under clothes, and in some cases rear-end. We are coming into an era where we walk out the front door and we and our kids see others rear-ends in public. It has gone too far and should be stopped with tickets and fines and classified under indecent exposure.
