It is hereby requested that the senate will still be decided by election (minus political party support). The House of Representatives will be decided by a random drawing. Each interested citizen may submit their social security number for consideration and winners of each race will be decided by random drawing. A true representative polling of American citizens. The winners will then serve a term in the House of Representatives. All current and prior serving members of Congress shall be prohibited from participating. We also request the addition of a Prime Minister to serve as a second President.
The Prime Minister will be a randomly elected official and will rule as an equal to the President.
