We the People of the United States of America petition the Obama Administration to federally illegalize smoking and drinking during the time of pregnancy. These actions must be illegalized because it can and will have very harmful effects on the baby, such as premature deliveries, undeveloped bodies, and even stillbirth. On top of that, it is morally wrong because it is a violation of human rights.
