Neither special interest groups, lobbyists, and any individual, corporation, or group associated or affiliated with a special interest group or lobbyist should be able to influence any member of or any branch of government through donation, gifting, and current or future employment opportunities or advancements.
Any donation, gifting, and any possible current or future employment made by a special interest group, lobbyist, any individual, corporation, or group associated or affiliated with a special interest group or lobbyist given or offered during the time of term of a government official or within 10 years after the time of term of a government official should be defined as influencing a government official.
