No other country allows a person on foreign soil to have rights against their citizens. Allowing an illegal person on American soil to sue in a court of law is a travesty. Our court system is for the protection of the rights of Americans. When a court official is notified that one of the parties is illegally in the country, a request for legal status must be given, and when it can not be provided, a ruling must be entered in favor of the citizen. Stop allowing illegals to use our court system.
Review the number of lawsuits illegals bring against tax payers, the custody issues of American children, the misdemenor crimes. Fix our court policies and force everyone to prove legal status and ability to enter our Justice system.
