The illnesses of military has been ignored, we petition to grant clemency to all for all former military by justice.

Military service member have been ignored, because most aren't rich, or with resources. The justice department just prosecute veterans without regards to their illnesses which were documented. It's time that justice department be held accountable to relieve responsibility of these veteran by offering a Presidential pardon, or clemency to any all veterans immediately
