Im apalled that goverment wants eobr in trucks,but doesn't want to pay for them

Im asking president obama,to stop this nonsence of dot requireing independant owner operators to eobr in there semi. Goverment doesn't want to pay for eobr,an owner operator can't afford them.if you want money,have drivers get paid for every miles they drive,an have drivers get paid time an half after 40 hours,even if there nonunion. You have non union drivers working 70 hours a week,an don't get paid time an half,an don't get paid for all miles they drive,,thus these trucking companies,are ripping off non union drivers by 20 percent of there pay,an irs,loseing billions,by not stopping this ripp off on mileage,an time an half
