We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

I'm petitioning US Congress, US Senate and the UN pass a resolution to ban ECT, a form of electrocution and torture.

Created by R.E. on January 10, 2017

MY PETITION:

Good laws are grounded in common sense. And common sense dictates that any form of electrocution, such as ECT, is a form of torture. I am calling for the United States Senate and the United States Congress to ban the use of ECT in hospitals in every state in the United States.

And I am calling for the UN to pass a resolution banning the use of ECT worldwide, a cruel form of electrocution and torture.

ABOUT ME:

I have autism and I was subjected to cruel and unlawful forms of torture and confinement, and unlawful study without my consent, and was libeled as a plaintiff in a Federal civil right lawsuit filed more than a decade ago for age, gender, and discrimination with a form of autism.

Please send me a summons to appear.
