I'm very upset what the kid said and the host did on the show. I want to know how come the kid had the evil thoughts.

Hi Dear Sir or Madam,
I'm a Canadian-Chinese and live in Richmond BC.
I got shock as I heard and watched the video on ABC show. I'm very upset what the kid said and the host Jimmy Kimmel did at the time.
It was definitely the racial discrimination and the criminal.
I request US government to investigate whether the kid's parents, teachers or someone else had taught that kid to have this evil speech and thoughts.
The kid's parents and the host must have a written apology letter to All Chinese in the whole world.
