Imediately Resign thier positions under the grounds of unfit character

Under Article 2 Section 1 Amendment 12 of the United States Constitution, your declaring victory for the presidency before the state of Florida had counted every vote brings your character into question sir. In my opinion, this makes you of character unfit to hold the office of President if you are so willing to disreguard the Constitution of the United States of America. Under this Amendment every vote must be counted before a winner can be declared. You violated this amendment to the constitution without prejudice. This petition calls for your administration to step down and allow someone with the moral character of a President to take your place.
