Voting, by my definition, is supposed to be a FREE and OPEN forum. and for the government to support or diminish the acts of any politically biased groups at a polling station is utterly and fundementally WRONG! this government supports the so-called watchdog group of the "New Black Panther Party" and shuns the tea partiers?? Neither one of these groups have ANY business near a polling station! If you want to regulate voting, put an UN-BIASED person behind a surveillance camera!
