1) The immediate ban on the importation, manufacture, transportation, sales, and possession of all high-capacity magazines (any magazine that can hold more than ten rounds of ammunition).
2) A nation-wide buy-back program for existing high-capacity magazines.
It is my opinion that the lethality of firearms can be greatly reduced by limiting the amount of ammunition it's magazine can contain at any given time. The nation-wide buy-back program will facilitate the elimination of the existing high-capacity magazines by providing law-abiding citizens an incentive to turn in their high-capacity magazines. This is a easier, faster, more cost effective method of gun control than banning individual firearms or types of firearms.
