Ronald Sanford was with his friend who was 15 (Sean Rowe) the elderly women were stabbed to death. But till this day there is no substantial evidence to suggest that Sanford was the aggressor. Who was more likely to be the aggressor? A 13 year old or 15?
Ronald Sanford (13 at time of situation) was convicted of a double homicide and given 170 years in prison with parole at 100 years old, while Sean Rowe was given a sentence of just 5 years 11 months and 30 days, later on in 1999 he was convicted of child molestation and given 20 years.
