I was found eligible by SSA doctors in '02; SSA rep altered my wage & earning statement, my PFCU bank account was emptied & closed. SSA informed me money was sent to my account, had no account. I was made homeless for almost 9 yrs. Filed with OIG & nothing has been done in 13 yrs. Been denied federal assisted programs, has had money taken twice more since '02. Had 6 figure income, Contractor on BAFB; IRS took my refund in '02, fired from job while on FMLA. Won $30,000 on lottery; SSA put it as income. Has been sent to SSA doctors total (6) times. Need program in place to assist people who's been wrong by the Govt. After filing with OIG again in 2013, I've been harassed by SSA since. Was given SSI in 5-05/$700; 01-06 it was switched to SSD/$700. Worked since age 15, taxes since 18. HELP!!!!
