Throughout his carrer as NBA Commissioner, David Stern has been the centerpiece of many controversial and unjust decisions. Mr. Stern has knowingly and willfully concealed material fact and has made fraudulent statements to impose his will on the NBA.
As a result Mr. Sterns fraud and disregard for the well being of the NBA he has damaged the leagues credibility as well as caused financial damges to many of the leagues owners and players.
Stern injected himself in the controversy surrounding the purchase and relocation of the Seattle Sonics and supported the surprising move from the nation's 14th-largest market to the 45th. Stern then led the NBA to intervene against a 2008 legal attempt to keep the team in Seattle.
David Stern is unfit to practice law & should be disbarred.
