It has become apparent that the Union is broken in all real matters. It is time to allow the states to administer their own affairs, including calling new constitutional conventions of assembled states to ratify new governments and unions. The military should be maintained only until individual states or unions of states have taken full control of local national guard units and are ready to administer their own defense. At that point the military of the United States as well as the government of shall cease to exist.
